W.J.G. Storefitters now has over 30 full time fitters employed all year round, with the number increasing to forty during peak periods and large contracts. All fitters are highly trained and experienced. Works carried out by the team vary from installing a single bay of equipment to a complete Superstore re-fit. Within each team are individuals who have the essential skills that are required to ensure that the works carried out on each site runs smoothly.

In 2002 W.J.G. carried out 2 full refits concurrently for Tesco's, at their Brislington and Exeter stores.

In 2003 it became compulsory for every shopfitter to hold a CSCS card.

WJG. already complies in full with the CSCS regulations. We also have 15 team members holding H&S in the Workplace certificates, 6 team members hold current "Tower Scaffold" certificates, 10 team members have current "First Aid" certificates, and 8 members hold IPAF certificates.

Also in 2003 WJG Storefitters became 1 of only 7 teams at present working directly with Woolworths PLC
